More than a third of UK workers believe employers are worse at incentivising staff than they were a decade ago, according to research commissioned by Maritz.The study, part of the agency's sponsorship of National Thank You Week (24-30 November), found that 37% of UK workers surveyed thought bosses were worse at thanking staff than they were ten years ago.
