A partnership has been developed to extend the Confex After Hours brand of events by The Confex Group and Visit London.
The After Hours concept, which brings together events professionals in a key London venue for an evening of networking and entertainment was first rolled out as part of this year’s International Confex. This new agreement will see a series of jointly branded and produced After Hours events taking place throughout 2008 and into 2009.
"This is a key strategic deal for Visit London that will showcase the very best that the capital has to offer in event production, theming and venue scope," said Zanine Adams, Visit London's UK sales and event solutions manager. "More and more, the Confex and After Hours brands are attracting the most creative event planners from in and around the capital, and hopefully by attending they will see tremendous value in these events."
Commenting on the new partnership, Confex Group Director Duncan Reid said: “Last years' Confex After Hours was a stunning success, with more than 300 people attending our first event. We want people to keep coming back to our events to see more new ideas, get further inspiration and network with other creative professionals. This agreement with Visit London will ensure we keep on delivering the right product to these guests."
