Boutique hotel The Dylan, located in the heart of the Irish captial, has appointed two dedicated business butlers who have been designated to cater for all the needs of business guests.

The über chic 44-room property, based in a leafy suburb just 10 minutes walk from Dublin city centre, recently announced a series of business traveller packages. To support these packages, Dylan is now offering business travellers the undivided attention of two dedicated business butlers, Marcin and Madison, who will be on hand throughout their stay.

Marcin and Madison’s responsibilities include looking after all potential business related requirements, from providing laptops, chargers, coordinating printing facilities, shirt-pressing and shoe cleaning, to suggesting and booking restaurants, gyms and tickets to events for business guests who want to make the most of their down-time. The business butlers will advise guests on the extensive list of business-travel packages available and cater for every need from the moment of the booking.

“The increased needs of business guests at Dylan has led us to appoint Marcin and Madison as dedicated business butlers,” said general manager Siobhan Delaney. “Business guests can feel confident that Marcin and Madison will be on hand throughout their stay, making their visit to Dublin as productive as possible. Our recently introduced business packages complement Marcin and Madison’s work, which offer the personal touches that only a small boutique hotel can provide.”
