IST-Africa 2008 takes place in Windhoek, Namibia, 7 - 9 May. Supported by the European Commission, Hosted by the Government of Namibia and Technical Co-Sponsored by IEEE, IST-Africa 2008 is a Ministerial-level Technology Research Conference organised by IIMC Ltd (Ireland) that brings together almost 500 delegates from commercial, government & research organisations across Africa and from Europe, to bridge the Digital Divide by sharing knowledge, experience, lessons learnt and good practice.
