Dubai will proudly host the first-ever Gulf Meetings and Events Conference 2008, from 5-6 April 2008 at the Intercontinental Dubai Festival City. The local host committee is comprised of representatives from Intercontinental Hotels Group, Dubai Convention Bureau and Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority, and is co-chaired by Sumaira Isaacs from MCI Group and Awadh Seghayer Al Ketbi from Dubai Convention Bureau.

More than 200 local and international meeting and event professionals will attend the full two-day conference with an opening ceremony, more than 10 educational sessions and several networking opportunities.
