A three-day conference was held recently in France for the 200 staff of Nutricia Baby Food.
The aim was to communicate key messages about the company’s future plans.
The conference was organised by events and communications specialist Grass Roots, which won the business through a competitive pitch and has since bee granted preferred supplier status.
The event logistics, travel and creative materials were delivered by Grass Roots’ events and communications team based in Marlow, while the Worcester team provided live production for the event, a task which included building a set in a very unique wooden auditorium at the venue.
”Grass Roots did a great job creating a really inspiring event,” said Cate Russell, national medical sales manager at Nutricia Baby Food. “The company added value to our conference by helping us create a platform to communicate complex business messages to a company-wide audience.
“The planning and execution of all elements – from supporting the delivery of our message right through to the logistics – was excellent. Through the use of the website that Grass Roots created for the event, we were able to evaluate how well our messages had landed with audience, and therefore, the success of the event.”
Commenting on the event, Nick Bender, managing director at Grass Roots EventCom, said: “We are thrilled to be working with such a well-known business as Nutricia. We had great feedback following the event in France and are very much looking forward to working with them again.”
