In its second year, ‘Stars in Our Eyes’, the Lloyds TSB Retail Bank recognition scheme and event, scooped three medals at the 18th annual Questar Awards in New York.

The event, which was run by Bristol-based live event production company Conference Connections, won gold in the Employee Motivation category, silver for the Stars '07 promotional video "Have you got what it takes?" and bronze in the Employee Recognition category.

The net result was an outstanding weekend and it is great that all the hard work that went into producing the event has been recognised.”
