The German Convention Bureau (GCB) will be offering 16 free seminars at IMEX 2008, the Worldwide Exhibition for incentive travel, meetings and events, which will take place in hall 8 of Frankfurt Fair from 22-24 April 2008.

A wide variety of topics will be on the agenda ranging from consumer power to event organisation law and web 2.0, including how to document events successfully with weblogs.

Some 15 of the seminars will be German-speaking with one English-speaking lecture and they will take place in the morning and afternoon of the show. The education programme is specifically aimed at travel managers and event planners, as well as marketing staff in private companies, associations and agencies that are in charge of organising conventions, meetings, incentives and events.
